At Hunt + Capture, we believe the most powerful brand stories aren’t built in a studio—they’re found out in the open, in a life being lived.

We’re a production company built for brands that want more than polish—they want presence. Our work lives at the intersection of brand strategy, visual storytelling, and real-world experience, capturing moments that feel as authentic as they are unforgettable.

With deep roots in production, post, and creative development, we bring a rare blend of media excellence, technical precision, business savvy, and just enough psychological nuance to help make the magic stick. Whether it’s a rugged field shoot or a nuanced brand rollout, we deliver content that connects—visually, emotionally, and commercially.

We're not just here to make things look good. We’re here to make them matter.

Lacey Criswell

Founder & Creative Director

By the time Lacey turned 13, she had attended eight different schools—basically running a master-class in understanding her environment and figuring out how to quickly connect with people. It turns out, bouncing between classrooms and zip codes is a great way to develop sharp observation skills and a sixth sense for human connection.

That early crash course in adaptation sparked a lifelong passion for storytelling: capturing real, meaningful narratives that center around people and the moments that connect them. As the founder of Hunt + Capture, Lacey leads with curiosity, empathy, and a knack for finding the heart of every story—whether it's unfolding on set or behind the scenes.

She believes the best stories don’t need a lot of pomp—just a sharp eye, an open mind, and a genuine interest in what makes us all human.

Troy Sanders

Executive Producer

Troy didn’t take the traditional path into the production world—he started his life in construction where he learned two key things: 1) ANYTHING can be built to last with the right balance of foundation and creativity, and 2) pausing to measure twice saves you from big, costly, mistakes.

Nearly 30 years and a few industries later, Troy is now the go-to guy for organizing teams focused on making big, complex productions function the way they were drawn up. With deep leadership experience in marketing, operations, and project management, he’s got a knack for understanding what brands are looking to accomplish and keeping things on track with stress levels (mostly) low. Whether he’s juggling brand expectations or wrangling a crew on set, Troy brings a strategic mentality, a dry sense of humor, and a pragmatic focus that turns all manner of opportunity into tangible solutions.

If there’s a more efficient way to get from idea to execution, Troy will find it—and will probably build a quick spreadsheet to track its progress too.
